The Turlock Irrigation District (TID) Board of Directors has appointed Brad Koehn as General Manager, effective June 21, 2024. Koehn will replace Michelle Reimers who announced her resignation on May 31, 2024, after an 18-year career with the District. Koehn has been with TID for 13 years and has held various leadership roles at the District, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer since 2020.

Koehn will replace Michelle Reimers who announced her resignation on May 31, 2024, after an 18-year career with the District. Koehn has been with TID for 13 years and has held various leadership roles at the District, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer since 2020.

Turlock Irrigation District General Manager, Michelle Reimers, has announced her resignation effective June 21, 2024. Reimers has served as General Manager since January 2020. 

Effective June 1, 2024 the Power Supply Adjustment (PSA) on Turlock Irrigation District electric bills will move from a half-cent per kWh charge to a half-cent per kWh credit. Customers will see a $0.01 per kWh decrease in their bill.

On January 18, the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) provided comments on the Turlock Subbasin’s Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) following a two-year review period. The Turlock Subbasin’s GSP was determined to be incomplete by DWR and is required to be revised within 180 days.
