TID’s Customer Academy is a free, five-week program aimed to engage and educate community members about TID’s operations, offering a deeper understanding of our local irrigation water and power utility.

Who Should Apply
TID customers who are interested in an opportunity to learn about TID’s history, infrastructure, facilities, and future projects. Applicants must be able to participate in all four evening sessions and day-long tour session.

Application Timeline
Applications for the 2025 TID Customer Academy will open on October 1, 2024.
The application deadline is January 6, 2025.
All applicants will be notified of the status of their application by February 24, 2025. Space is limited.
