Ways to Start, Stop or Transfer TID Service

The My TID customer portal offers customers the ability to start, stop or transfer service.

Please be prepared to provide the effective date of your service request and ID information; such as driver’s license, social security number or passport number, for all adults residing at the location. Customers who have not met TID established credit criteria will be required to pay a security deposit before starting service. The security deposit amount varies by location and service type. 

In Person

Customers wanting to start, stop or transfer service can do so in person by visiting a TID office in Turlock or Ceres during normal business hours.
