Energy theft is a crime and can create deadly safety hazards for both the criminals and innocent bystanders.

Since TID is owned by our customers, when theft occurs it’s actually a crime against all customers. In all cases, you can remain anonymous and all information received will be kept confidential when you report water or electricity theft.

If you suspect or know someone is stealing water or electricity, please help yourself and your neighbors by reporting it by:
