Will I get information about specific power outages from TID Alert?

TID Alert is not intended to be a power outage notification system; TID will not send TID Alert notifications containing customer-specific outage information or other detailed outage information. However, if a large-scale power outage occurs, TID will send out general notifications describing the severity of the outage while providing additional emergency management or power outage information.
