Please read below for information on how to read and pay for your TID energy bill.

Start, Stop or Transfer Service

You may start, stop or transfer electric service by visiting any of the three Business Offices in Turlock, Patterson, or Ceres. You may also call us at (209) 883-8222.

Be prepared to tell us the date your service needs to be activated or turned off. You'll need two forms of identification; such as a driver's license, social security card or passport.

Deposit Information

To find out if a deposit is needed to activate service, call Customer Service at (209) 883-8222. For those in the Patterson area, call (209) 892-4953.

Request a Duplicate Bill

You may request a duplicate bill by visiting any TID customer service location, logging on to your account, by calling (209) 883-8222 [(209) 892-4953 from the Patterson area], or by emailing us at customerservice@tid.org. You may be asked to provide your account number and identifying information.
